We will be returning to Adelaide on the 21-22 May 2016 with the APPI Pilates Matwork Level 1-The Foundation course! The course will be held at Move Physiotherapy & Pilates studio in Malvern and run from 9am-5.30pm Sat and 9am-5pm Sun.
APPI Pilates Matwork Course Adelaide
APPI Pilates Matwork Level 1-The Foundation is a 2 day course designed by Physiotherapists specifically for the clinical setting. The course will introduce you to the APPI Pilates Method, beginner level matwork exercises, relevant research, history of Pilates and APPI 5 key elements. On completion of the 2 days you would have developed the skills to begin incorporating Pilates into your clients clinical programs. You can then choose to continue on with the APPI Matwork Certification Series or complete our equipment and CPD Pilates courses. Our APPI Pilates Matwork Courses are accredited by the APA (Australian Physiotherapy Association).
The APPI Pilates Method is a user friendly program designed for retraining correct ctivation of the multifidus, TrA and pelvic floor muscles. APPI Pilates Matwork Level 1-The Foundation includes practical sessions, workshops, Pilates classes, case study workshops and structured lectures. The large practical focus ensures that you are given plenty of time for self-practice and practice teaching as well as the opportunity to receive feedback from our experienced presenters.

All courses are held at Move Physiotherapy & Pilates, 5/259 Unley Road, Malvern, South Australia 5061. Courses run from 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday with the exception of Matwork Level 1 which runs from 9am-5.30pm Saturday.
