We are seeking a superstar Pilates Instructor to join our team!

✔️ Must be available for our next 5-Week KX Academy (2 days a week over a five-week period from 23/9-31/10).

✔️ Qualified Pilates Instructors 


✔️ Have a degree in Sports Science/Exercise Physiology, as well as knowledge and experience of reformer Pilates is an advantage, but not mandatory.
✔️ Have the availability to work Monday evenings, Friday mornings, weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
✔️ Have been to a minimum of 5 KX Pilates classes and a good understanding of the brand and what we offer.


As a KX Trainer, you're scheduled to teach blocks of 4-5 classes.
Classes take place on weekdays (mornings and evenings) and weekends. Trainers are able to teach up to 15 classes per week.
KX Pilates training is provided through our fully-accredited 5-week KX Academy, which is recognised and certified by Fitness Australia.

Who are we?

We are a boutique physiotherapy practice in Flinders Lane in the Melbourne CBD. We have a beautiful, bright and inspiring premises and a wonderful team. Our premises includes physiotherapy consulting rooms and a 50 square metre exercise space called The Moment Studio from which we run Clinical Movement Classes, Pilates, Yoga, Running Classes, Pregnancy Classes and Viva Strong, our strength and conditioning program.

The fundamentals of our business emphasises individualised care for the patient and specific and tailored rehabilitation. All our appointments are at least 30 minutes in duration which provides an environment where you can do your best work.

The Viva philosophy encompasses Relieve, Restore and Perform. Where this role would require general private practice skills, there is an opportunity for the right candidate to be the face of our perform phase with heading up our Viva Strong program and managing the relationship with the nearby F45 studio on Little Collins Street. 

If you've had a couple of years experience in private practice and are looking to take the next step, this role is for you. We are looking for someone who can join our team for a caseload of musculoskeletal injuries, and studio classes. A keen interest injury prevention, strength and conditioning and / or Pilates would be vital for this role. 

The role is advertised as full-time (Monday to Friday only - no weekend work required!), but we would be willing to create a 3, 4 or 5 day per week role for the right candidate.

We require you to have current unrestricted work rights in Australia, AHPRA registration, APA membership and professional indemnity insurance.

You will become an employee of the business which includes a generous base-wage salary with a bonus structure, 4 weeks' annual leave and 10 days carer's/sick leave plus superannuation. We also have a strong commitment to ensuring the wellbeing of all our staff. We are closed on weekends so your hours will only be between Monday and Friday and we have flexibility in timetabling to ensure we can create a role that matches your work styles.
