International Update October 2015

The APPI Pilates Method is delivered by over 60 educators across the globe, including the UK, USA, Brazil and Europe.   APPI successfully launched in Geneva recently with the APPI Pilates Matwork Level 1 course, check out the course photos below. APPI Co-Founder Glenn Withers headed over to Portugal to launch HealthyHIT Level 1 and 2! HealthyHIT is a combination of High Intensity Training (HIT) and Pilates movements in a structured programme. The London head office are running through the final checks of the brand new APPI master trainer DVDs that will be launching shortly! We can't wait for you all to see them!
