Whats your opinion on answering the phone when your with a client?
It seems that there are some mixed opinions on this. On one side of the argument, particularly if you are a business owner or contractor, it could be crucial to answer every phone call whether you are with a client or not as it could be a potential new client calling. Maybe you have found that clients do not like to leave voice messages or even if they do by the time you call them back they have already booked in for a treatment someone else? On the flip side, there is the current client that you are treating to consider. How could answering your phone affect your retention rates of current clients. Would they be put off coming back to you if you interrupted their treatment time to answer your phone? Or have you found that clients do not seem to mind this?
