After working in the Fitness industry for the past 4 years, Laura is passionate about spreading her wealth of knowledge in the industry to help others achieve their long term career goals. Having completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India and now undertaking the APPI Pilates Instructor Certification she hopes to continue to upskill and educate others on a new career path or add to their current profession with the APPI method.

With over 10 years customer service experience across a variety of industries Laura transitioned into Sales Consultant roles within the Fitness industry. She aims to continue to align her sales skills with her passion for health and well-being.
