Eligibility: This course is open to Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Therapists, Doctors, Myotherapists/Massage Therapists, Physiotherapy students, and Pilates Instructors.

Prerequisites: To attend, participants must have completed reformer training through APPI or another recognised provider.

Duration: 2 full days, or approximately 14 - 16 hours to complete

Access: You will have 12 months access to the content from the date of purchase.

CPD hours: You will receive a certificate of attendance of the course stating 16 hours CPD which can be used towards your annual requirements.

Course Creator - Sarah Norris

Sarah Norris is a Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She is also an APPI Master Trainer, educator, co-founder of The Physiotherapy Centre and founder of ‘The Natal Project’.

Sarah qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 from The University of Liverpool and qualified as a Pilates teacher at the same time. Her Pilates career naturally led her into the world of women’s health. She is passionate and a keen advocate of setting up, delivering and promoting health care, educational and fitness services for women.

 

Course Educator - Chloe Lorback

Chloe graduated as a physiotherapist (with Honours) from Melbourne University in 1997 and completed her Masters in Women’s Health in 2010.

Chloe consults as a senior physiotherapist at St Vincent's Private Maternity on the postnatal ward, and is involved in the St Vincent's antenatal education program. She also runs her own pregnancy pilates studio in Brighton, Melbourne called Fit To Deliver.

Chloe has three young boys and enjoys the balance of being able to teach Pilates, do physio and be a mum. She hopes to help you discover that exercise is enjoyable and fun!
