Stephanie Aldridge

Steph Aldridge is a government registered Osteopath graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).

Steph has worked in the fitness industry since 2013, with special interests in Pilates, Olympic Lifting, Strength and Conditioning, and exercise rehabilitation. Steph’s interest in these areas developed from a strong athletic background in Taekwondo and Olympic Lifting. Having competed at State, National and International level in these sports, she  found that Pilates was the perfect addition to her training regime. Pilates helped her recover from multiple injuries, and was able to help her prevent many future injuries.

Steph has a passion for movement, and she believes that exercise is one of the best tools to help people recover from various injuries. She began teaching Pilates in 2016 at KX Pilates, and became a Master Trainer within the company. She was responsible for mentoring new trainers, and has continued with this role in other companies. Steph spent some time working alongside Physiotherapists and Osteopaths teaching Clinical Pilates to small groups of people in multiple studios, and is currently working at Pilates Republic in Melbourne.

Steph continues to mentor trainers at Pilates Republic, as well as teaching group reformer and mat pilates classes.

Steph also works from her own Osteopathy practice in Ivanhoe, and at Gateway Osteopathy and Pilates, where she often treats athletes in Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting and CrossFit. Steph enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends, usually drinking coffee, reading, drawing, or going for walks.
