This flow class dedicates equal time to dynamic and rhythmic standing and mat Pilates and is ideal for improvers. The standing Pilates section benefits ankle strength, stability and proprioception to improve overall balance and alignment. Mat sequences flow with control and precision to build greater stability, body awareness, ease of movement and body confidence. This movement based class promises to lengthen and align the body, ease tension and create glorious fluid movement!
