Rene is a creative marketing professional, passionate about connection, interaction, and utilising digital platforms to leverage new opportunities. She specialises in social strategies, copywriting, community management, influencer marketing and graphic production.

Renee is also a Pilates Instructor of 5 years, and discovered Pilates while living in Sydney, where she was using it as a form of recovery for high-intensity training. Renee fell in love with the mind-body connection pilates encompasses along with it's power to strengthen and deliver a total body workout.
