I’ve just completed my 3 week APPI Intensive Pilates Instructor course combining Pilates Mat, Equipment and Reformer. It was truly BRILLIANT. I could not recommend this course anymore for new and even current fitness instructors looking to become a certified Pilates instructor. It was everything I was looking for and I can’t wait to continue my education of Pilates with APPI and Unite Health in the very near future.

I highly recommend the APPI reformer and matwork course run by Unite health Prahran for non Physio’s. It was an amazing course run by fantastic and highly experienced trainers. I completed the APPI Matwork series with Unite Health this week and thought it was great. The courses were well structured and while all instructors taught to the same curriculum, I enjoyed the diversity of teaching styles. From an admin point of view the course ran very smoothly and all interactions with the admin staff were easy and stress free. I feel I really developed my knowledge of the theory and practice of clinical Pilates which will impact positively on my clinical practice
