At the end of the APPI Pilates Instructor Certification you are a qualified Pilates Instructor ready to commence employment in a thriving industry.
APPI Pilates Instructor Certification consists of:
- 8 hours of pre course work (online)
- 112 hours of face to face training (14 days)
- 20 hours of observation
- 40 hours of practice teaching
- 60 hours of self-practice
- Certification exams
Total time to complete: 3 - 9 months

OPTION 1 - APPI Clinical Pilates Matwork & Equipment Certification
Our most training option, APPI Clinical Pilates Certification includes:

- Learn over 250 clinical Pilates movements on the mat, reformer, cadillac, split pedal chair and arc barrel

OPTION 4 - Individual courses
Our training is flexible and allows you to enrol onto courses separately, choosing the dates that work for you. APPI Matwork Level 1 is a two-day course and only costs $760. On completion, you can start incorporating Pilates into your client's programs in a one-on-one setting.
