The APPI Pilates Osteoporosis Handouts include clear photographs and instructions of 24 Pilates exercises suitable for patients with Osteoporosis. The pack is bound to keep the materials together but sheets can be photocopied to hand out to your patients.

Course transfers are are accepted with 30 days written notice. Transfers are not accepted within 30 days of your course. All course transfers will incur a $75 fee for a single day, and $150 fee for a full weekend.
