Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathwork for Pilates

 

Ryan Mannix is a passionate yoga, meditation, and breathwork instructor, and has designed this short course for current Pilates instructors or those interested in integrating these practices into their regular Pilates routines.

 

Throughout the course, participants will be led through three practical videos, equipping them with the necessary tools to seamlessly incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork into their classes. This integration promises to enhance teaching skills, improve client relationships, and contribute to overall well-being. These practices will bring depth to your instruction, enabling Pilates instructors to craft a more enriching and transformative experience for their clients.

 

Alternatively, participants can choose to integrate mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork into their personal Pilates routine, fostering a holistic experience that promotes both physical and mental well-being.
