Role overview:
Unite Health is on the hunt for a Student & Studio Support Coordinator to maintain our extremely high levels of customer service and take our student experiences to the next level! This is an exciting, brand new opportunity to be a part of Australia’s Leading Pilates Training Provider and work across all areas of the business within our high performing team, including our world class APPI Educators!
To provide exceptional service and support to our community, this role will be based primarily in our Prahran Studio (right off Greville St) on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Unite Health students, prospective students and alumni
- Manage incoming calls, emails and walk-ins as the first point of contact for any enquiries
- Identify and implement opportunities to create even better student experiences and efficiencies within the customer service function
- Ensure the smooth operation of the studio and office functions and manage studio and office supplies
- Take ownership of the studio space including managing cleaners, stocking with essentials and overseeing maintenance of all studio equipment and consumables
- Coordinate the exams process with students, Educators and venue hire
- Liaise with building contractors/suppliers as required to ensure smooth operation of building services and the office
- Assist with meeting preparation including meeting invitations, diary management, catering etc
- Coordinate the internal document management processes
- Support to the Business Owner, the General Manager and the broader Support Office and Educator Teams as required
Skills & Attributes:
- Customer service experience is essential
- Outgoing, friendly and warm nature with a genuine love of people, pilates and problem solving
- Strong knowledge of office procedures with a high attention to detail and a customer centric focus
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively as part of a small, tight-knit team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Zoom and Google Drive is a must!
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role highly regarded
- Experience with CRM platforms and Canva, highly regarded
