Swimmer - APPI Pilates exercise of the week

Swimmer looks simple enough but requires so much concentration and control. Swimmer is such a great exercise to activate the glutes and retrain correct timing of activation between the glutes and hamstrings. 

Swimmer Level 2 is also great for shoulder blade strengthening. It's definitely much harder than it looks to work into hip extension while maintaining core control.
