Trigger point release with the massage balls (Clients love the instant release this gives them) Reduce muscle tension and trigger points in your gluteals with the massage ball.
  • Lay down on your back, with your head supported by a cushion.
  • Place the massage ball under one of your gluteals.
  • Rock your hips from side to side to feel the tight sensitive areas and work the massage ball into these (applying pressure in one direction).
  • Continue for 60-90 seconds.
Top tips: Remember to breathe - at first this can feel a little uncomfortable. If the pain is too much ease off the amount of pressure you are applying.
