- Standing upright back of the neck long.
- Inhale to roll the right shoulder upwards, backwards and then downwards.
- Exhale reach the arm down the back of the leg as you lateral flex the spine.
- Let your hand come around to the front of your leg as you roll your trunk to the midline.
- Restack your spine to the starting position.
- Optional inhale and hold at the bottom.
