The APPI Beginner Standing Pilates class introduces whole-body beginner Pilates movements in a standing position.  This class focuses on mobility, strength, posture, and balance.

Standing Pilates exercises are great for improving:

  • strength
  • pelvic, hip, knee, ankle and foot control
  • pelvic, hip, knee, ankle and foot movement
  • flexibility
  • balance

Class duration: Approx 60 minutes
