APPI Pilates Beginner Mat Series - Online classes

A one-day course teaching instructors advanced reformer repertoire, cues and modifications to confidently train strong, athletic clients with challenging, flowing movements grounded in APPI’s safe, precise principles.

Upon completion of Equipment Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 you are eligible to sit your Equipment Pilates Certification exam. The final Equipment exam consists of 2 components being a practical exam and a theory exam.

Upon successful completion of the three matwork courses you will be eligible to sit your matwork certification practical and theory exams.  

The APPI Standing Pilates online course introduces a theoretical standing Pilates model and teaches a series of standing Pilates movements.
