This class is suitable for anyone but is specifically designed for all trimesters of pregnancy. It will focus on the prevention of pelvic and lower back pain, pelvic floor, and deep core strengthening, stretching, and correct breathing technique. Please speak to your GP before participation and if you feel any discomfort or have any concerns.
Class duration: Approx 40 minutes
This beginner-level class will guide those at six weeks or more post-natal through a gentle sequence focussing on abdominal control and overall strength.
