Pippa Carter is a musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapist. She has gained experience and knowledge from a wide variety of settings from the public to the private sector.

She has been presenting for the APPI since 2015 and currently runs a successful physiotherapy and Pilates clinic in South Wales. Alongside this she works at Spire Cardiff Hospital as a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist. As part of this role, she works closely with specialist gynaecologists to provide physiotherapy services to women experiencing pelvic health symptoms, a large proportion of which are related to menopause.

This course has been developed from her passion for Pilates and the benefits she has found it has had for women from peri through to post menopause. She wanted to develop a course to increase peoples understanding and knowledge of menopause and how specific considerations in relation to Pilates exercises can ensure we provide the very best for this population group.
