APPI Reformer on the Mat - online course

The APPI Reformer on the Mat online course shows you how to undertake Pilates reformer exercises when you don't have a reformer available. Reformer exercises have been transferred to the standing position, as well as on the mat utilising a theraband. You will learn a wide range of movements for prescribing a total body exercise program for your clients.

Eligibility
To enrol, participants must have completed either APPI Pilates Instructor Certification, APPI Matwork Level 1 or formal matwork Pilates training through another recognised provider.
