The APPI Pilates for Runners Online online course will teach you how to utilise matwork, standing, and sports-specific Pilates exercises with your running clients to enhance their running skills, strength, and performance.
This practical and innovative course explores the biomechanical and physiological requirements your running athletes need to assist in performance enhancement and reducing injury risks.
Course inclusions: 5hr 40 min online course and downloadable course manual.

Course duration: 6-8hrs to complete
CPD hours: You will receive a certificate of completion of the course stating 8hrs CPD which can be used towards your annual requirements.
Access: You will have 12 months access to the course from the date of enrolment
