This Pilates online class covers a series of intermediate stretching techniques that can be implemented within your Pilates practice. The exercises utilise the major muscle groups of the spine and limbs. Positions such as double leg stretch, roll-up, and saw are covered and broken down into their components for application into the stretches. Comparisons to global movement patterns are made for both before and after the stretching sequences.
