APPI Pilates Intermediate Series - Online classes

This online clinical course introduces concepts relating to the treatment of the everyday athlete. Designed for: Physiotherapists, Allied Health Professionals, Pilates instructors and Fitness Professionals.

This course is designed as a learning tool specifically for Physiotherapists preparing for the musculoskeletal APC clinical exam. 

Learn to safely and effectively teach Reformer Pilates for clients with osteoporosis. This online course equips instructors with clinical techniques, movement analysis, and program design to enhance bone health and support safe, confident practice.

Those with both intermediate/advanced Pilates skills will benefit from this class that incorporates the swiss ball. This class is a full-body, and challenging workout.

The APPI Reformer Pilates Beginner & Intermediate online class introduces beginner and intermediate movements on the reformer.  This online class runs through a typical class format including a warm-up, main body, and a cool-down.
