Unite Health Fitness Pilates Instructor Bridging Course for AUSactive Registration

Upon successful completion of the three matwork courses you will be eligible to sit your matwork certification practical and theory exams.  

The APPI Pilates for Runners online course will teach you how to utilise matwork, standing, and sports-specific Pilates exercises with your running clients to enhance their skills, strength, and performance.

During the course you’ll learn beginner, intermediate, advanced original and APPI evolved Pilates movements along with countless modifications and variations on this versatile piece of equipment.

This beginner-level class will guide those at six weeks or more post-natal through a gentle sequence focussing on abdominal control and overall strength.

The Intermediate Standing Pilates online class introduces challenging exercises that target the whole body in the standing position.  The sequence of movements will help you to bring your Matwork Pilates exercises into standing.
