This biomechanics course will introduce you to the science of movement. You'll complete this course understanding the biomechanics of a joint, muscle function and functional movement.

Upon successful completion of the three matwork courses you will be eligible to sit your matwork certification practical and theory exams.  

Upon completion of Equipment Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 you are eligible to sit your Equipment Pilates Certification exam. The final Equipment exam consists of 2 components being a practical exam and a theory exam.
