The APPI Ante & Post Natal Reformer Pilates course is designed to equip you with the tools to aid exercise selection for this population using the reformer.

Learn to safely and effectively teach Reformer Pilates for clients with osteoporosis. This online course equips instructors with clinical techniques, movement analysis, and program design to enhance bone health and support safe, confident practice.
