Express Pilates for Neck and Shoulders:
This class will mobilise your shoulders and upper back through movements that will aid in upper back extention as well as improve neck control and posture. Class duration: 17 minutes
Express Pilates for Abdominals:
This express intermediate Pilates class will have you focusing on your core and abdominal strength. Class duration: 24 minutes
This course offers comprehensive education on pelvic floor anatomy and function. It covers pelvic floor dysfunction, essential exercises, and integrating Pilates techniques to enhance pelvic floor function for your clients.
