This online course delivered by APPI Founder Glenn Withers is designed to help you apply the principles of the APPI method to shoulder rehabilitation.
The course will include a review of current theories of shoulder stability and consider how Pilates exercises may be used to enhance this specific area of shoulder retraining.

CPD hours: You will receive a certificate of completion of the course stating 8hrs CPD which can be used towards your annual requirements.

The practical element will introduce some new exercises and modifications from your existing repertoire incorporating principles of:
kinetic chain,
upper quadrant and scapular stability
functional re-training.
APPI Matwork Pilates Level One or the attendance at a 2 day matwork course at a recognised Pilates training institution is the pre-requisite for this course.
Those with both intermediate/advanced Pilates skills will benefit from this class that incorporates the swiss ball. This class is a full-body, and challenging workout.
