During this course, you will learn a series of essential movements on the mat and Pilates machines which provide the basis for prevention and rehabilitation programs for healthier dancers.

Eligibility
To enrol, participants must have completed either APPI Pilates Instructor Certification, APPI Matwork Level 1 or formal matwork Pilates training through another recognised provider.
