The final level of APPI’s large equipment series is Equipment Level 4 – full body integration. As the name implies, you will now incorporate all the knowledge you have gained over Equipment Levels 1, 2 & 3 and learn an intermediate-advanced repertoire incorporating further stability, mobility, coordination and strength components into your Pilates repertoire. This repertoire is challenging, yet achievable; motivating your clients with a realistic movement goal. We should be encouraging our patients to set goals and continue to develop their strength and control even beyond the immediate requirements of traditional injury management. These dynamic movements are perfect to progress clients beyond their rehabilitation, incorporate into conditioning programmes for athletes as well as provide variety and interest to your regular Pilates clientele.
