This online class covers a series of beginner stretching techniques that can be implemented within your Pilates practice. The exercises utilise the major muscle groups of the spine and limbs. Positions such as double leg stretch, roll-up, and saw are covered and broken down into their components for application into the stretches. Comparisons to global movement patterns are made for both before and after the stretching sequences.

Upon completion of Equipment Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 you are eligible to sit your Equipment Pilates Certification exam. The final Equipment exam consists of 2 components being a practical exam and a theory exam.
